Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CaliPanther mobile application ("App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CaliPanther, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CaliPanther is a calisthenics workout app that provides a guided training journey, timed exercise sessions, progress tracking, achievements, weekly leagues, and a leaderboard. The App is available in a free tier and a premium subscription tier.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not share your account or use another person's account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions

Premium Subscription

CaliPanther Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription.
Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's Play Store settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google according to their refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use bots or scripts to manipulate leaderboard rankings

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including design, graphics, text, and code) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Health Disclaimer

CaliPanther is a fitness tool, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from following exercises in the App. You exercise at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
